Cancellation Policy

By requesting commissioned artwork, you agree to the following: Consultation & Pricing Each commission begins with a consultation to discuss the concept, size, medium, references, timeline, and project details. Pricing varies based on size, materials, complexity, and scope. A final quote will be provided before work begins. Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your commission and begin work. The remaining balance is due before the completed artwork is delivered or shipped unless otherwise agreed. Creative Direction Commissions are created in the artist’s established style and interpretation. References and preferences are welcomed, but the final artwork will reflect the artist’s creative process and artistic judgment. Changes & Revisions Reasonable input is welcomed during agreed-upon stages of creation. Significant changes requested after work begins may require additional fees and may extend the completion timeline. Some changes may not be possible once certain stages are complete. Timeline & Delivery Completion time varies depending on the project and current commission schedule. An estimated timeline will be provided before work begins. Shipping, delivery, framing, or special packaging costs are not included unless specified in the quote. Copyright & Reproduction Purchase of commissioned artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece, not its copyright. The artist retains copyright and reproduction rights unless otherwise agreed in writing. Artwork may not be reproduced, sold as prints or merchandise, or used commercially without permission. Portfolio Use The artist retains the right to photograph and display completed commissions in portfolios, exhibitions, websites, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in advance. By approving a commission and submitting any required deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
