Cancellation Policy

By booking a photography service, you agree to the following policies: Scheduling & Payment Your scheduled time is reserved specifically for you. Pricing is based on the selected service and session duration. Additional time, locations, travel, or services requested may result in additional fees. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time and prepared for your session. Late arrival does not guarantee an extension of the scheduled session and may reduce the amount of available shooting time. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions at the photographer’s discretion. If illness, emergency, equipment failure, or other circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control prevent the session from taking place, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule. Editing & Digital Gallery Delivery Final images are professionally selected and edited in the photographer’s artistic style. Completed photographs are delivered through a private digital gallery via Pic-Time, where clients can view, download, and share their final images. Unedited or RAW files are not included unless specifically agreed upon. The number of final images and estimated delivery timeline may vary by service and will be communicated as applicable. Copyright & Image Usage All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of the photographer unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Clients receive personal usage rights to their delivered images. Commercial, advertising, resale, or other business use requires prior permission or a separate licensing agreement. Portfolio & Promotional Use The photographer may request permission to feature selected images in their portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, or other promotional materials. Clients who require additional privacy should communicate this before their session. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
